You can cancel your box at any time. However, please note that the cancellation is only effective at the end of your subscription. If you ordered our monthly box, cancellation will take place at the end of the month.
Once the cancellation becomes effective, we will no longer charge you and will only give you the boxes you have already paid for.
The fastest way to cancel your monthly box is directly in your customer account. Please note that your subscription will NOT be cancelled just by sending an email to our customer service. A cancellation request may be followed by other inquiries from our employees.
