If there is less candies in your box, it may be because the missing candy is an "alternative" candy.
There are two alternative candies, one of which is included in your box. You may find information on these in the corresponding flyer.
If this is not the case, please write a short message to our helpdesk. Tell us which candy is missing and, if possible, send us a photo of the contents of your box.
If this item was suggested to you after you have submitted a request to our support, please note that your request will be closed if you select "Close request" and we will not process your request manually.
