If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription, please do so on our website in your customer account ("Account").
After logging in and selecting "Subscription", you will see you current subscription. You may have to wait a little (30 to 60 seconds) until the page with the overview loads.
Here you will find the button to manage your subscription and can now cancel your SnackBox. After clicking on "Cancel", please select the reason for cancellation and confirm your selection.
Please note that the cancellation will only take effect at the end of your selected term (the selected number of orders).
