You can update your payment methods in you customer account.
You will find the option to update your payment details under "Payment Method".
If you have selected this button, the subscription for which the direct debit was unsuccessful will be displayed and you will be able to update the payment details for this subscription. If you have paid by credit card, you can update your credit card details at any time too.
After clicking on "Update payment method", you will be redirected to the shopping cart on our website and you will have to go through the payment or ordering process again. Please note that this will not change the (remaining) duration of your subscription. You will not sign up for an additional subscription and you will not receive duplicate boxes.
